Main purpose of role:

We are currently recruiting a Service Contracts Coordinator, based at our Global Head Office at Whitley, Yorkshire - DN14 0HR (Junction 34, M62).

The role will sit within our Customer Satisfaction Centre and will prepare and issue accurate and timely contracts to customers reflecting their specific product requirements and contract coverage.

Key responsibilities and results areas:
  • Working within a team ensuring that targets are met.

  • Preparing and issuing contract renewals in accordance with the department’s procedures and time frames.

  • Responding to requests for service quotations ensuring that the company has accurate and up to date records of equipment installed.

  • Monitoring contracts on a frequent basis to enable invoicing by renewal date.

  • Working closely with internal and external customers including 3rd parties.

  • Working with Docuware and CRM.
Knowledge, skills and experience competencies:
  • Excellent telephone manner.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.

  • Ability to prioritise own workload to meet strict deadlines.

  • Experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Crystal Reports.

  • Knowledge of the Baan ERP system – not essential as training will be given.

  • Good office admin skills – faxing, filing, photocopying etc.

  • A flexible & open outlook and attitude is required.

  • Attention to detail as well as ability to identify discrepancies.

  • To be able to work well within a team and also on own initiative.

  • Work well well under pressure.
